CASE STUDY 1
THE CHALLENGE – Imperial Construction employs a skilled workforce that rarely comes together because of the distance between their work locations where they are assigned. When they came together it was difficult to conduct trainings because they were not accustomed the training class structure resulting in lower morale.
THE SOLUTION – Blue Palmetto Training conducted a company survey and designed a multi-generational approach to delivering topics that introduced and celebrated company values and employees.
THE RESULT –
“This class was well worth every minute. I did an internal survey and of the 60 employees that attended, 98% felt they gained some great knowledge and insight. CASE STUDY 2
THE CHALLENGE – Great Skin Spa and Facial Club needed a new and creative approach to upskill their office because previous attempts to train the Millennial workforce had resulted in low impact results.
THE SOLUTION – Blue Palmetto Training provided a Game Show formatted training series targeted to raising the room energy and injecting competition between participants. Team members competed, had fun and learned all at the same time.

THE CHALLENGE – Lone Star Solar Screens employs a mixed language workforce and needed help increasing comradery and trust.
THE SOLUTION – Blue Palmetto Training developed a short- and long-term training strategy consisting of hot topic collaboration, workplace compliance role plays and incorporated positive rewards for retention.
THE RESULT – “Blue Palmetto Training has been doing training services and employee enrichment for our company for the past 5 years. We’ve been very happy with their services. Darryl especially makes the sessions fun, and often it doesn’t feel like “training”. His sessions have built comradery and as a company, we have seen the results in improved relations between the employees and their customers.
